This page lists the cookies and browser storage Meridian uses. We keep it to a minimum: a handful of essential items that make the site work, and — only if you opt in — analytics. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What we use, and why
“Cookies” are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use your browser’s local storage, which works similarly. We group everything into two categories: essential (used to run the site and remember your settings) and analytics (used, with your consent, to understand and improve the product). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. Essential cookies and storage
These are always on because the site can’t function without them. They don’t require consent and don’t track you across other sites.

3. Analytics — only with your consent
Analytics are off unless you turn them on. If you accept analytics, the following are used; decline (or ignore the banner) and none of them load. You can change your mind at any time.

We also honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal: if it’s enabled, analytics stay off regardless of the banner.
4. Managing your choice
Use the consent banner shown on your first visit, the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or the privacy controls on the You page to allow or withdraw analytics consent whenever you like. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings — note that clearing them will sign you out and reset on-device game progress.
